TUPELO AIRPORT AUTHORITY
The Tupelo Airport Authority was established in 1979 under Mississippi Law Code 1972 Title 61. Five Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor of Tupelo on a 5 year-term basis and exercise general powers to establish ordinances, to develop and operate the airport and associated industrial park, to execute contracts and to regulate, protect, enlarge, develop, improve, maintain and equip Tupelo Regional Airport.
The Tupelo Airport Authority encourages feedback from the public. If you would like to be added to the Public Agenda, please fill out a Hearing Request sheet. Such request must be received before 5 PM on Thursday prior to the next scheduled Authority meeting. If you do not meet the criteria as a tenant of the Tupelo Regional Airport, citizen, business owner or property owner within the City of Tupelo, please indicate such and a suspension of the rules may be granted.

Freedom of Information Act Requests
Mississippi Code § 25-61-1 “Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983″ states that it is the policy of the Legislature of Mississippi that public records must be available for inspection by any person unless otherwise provided. The Airport has and will do everything reasonable to fulfill this policy.
